Outdoor Yoga is back in the neighborhood! Inspired the wonderful program at Hayes Valley Farm from 2010-2013, we practice outdoors amongst the hummingbirds, butterflies and baby trees.
We will be joined by Elese Moran, Hayes Valley artist, yoga instructor and friend.
